LTD (hereinafter collectively referred to as “we” or “us” or “SAASBASE”). We always take your personal data very seriously. • a. the singular includes the plural and vice versa;
• b. references to sub-clauses, clauses, schedules or appendices are to sub-clauses, clauses, schedules or appendices of this privacy policy;

To ensure that you can use our services, we may collect include IP address, operating system version, time stamp, independent device identifier, IMEI, MAC address, device model, language location, time zone, and network status, etc.

DCloud data collection instructions

In order to continuously optimize the application and provide statistical reporting functions, data such as application startup time and abnormal error logs will be collected during operation, including the device's unique identification code.

Permissions

Our app needs to apply for the following permissions:

• Microphone

  After authorization, you can send voice messages to your customers.

• File storage

  After authorization, you can select files in your phone to send to your customers.

• Photo and video information

  After authorization, you can select photos or videos in your phone to send to your customers.

• Camera

  After authorization, you can take photos and record videos to send to your customers.

• Clipboard

  You can quickly send messages to improve efficiency.

Third Party SDK

When you use this application, some third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device.

3.Links.

Links to other services, sites and applications are provided by us as a convenience to our users. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other sites and applications and you visit them at your own risk. This Privacy Policy applies solely to personal data collected by us.

4.Minors.

If any of your data subjects are minors under the age of 18, you must obtain parental consent prior to using our Services in respect of such data subject. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided us with their personal data, please contact us at the address given above and we will endeavor to delete that personal data from our databases unless parental consent was obtained.

We don't have a server to keep user's data. We don't share any of your data except for the following reasons:

• a. our employees, agents and/or professional advisors – we primarily use your Personally Identifiable Information in order to provide you with our Service;

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal data. We reserve the right to ask for information verifying your identity and residency prior to disclosing any information to you or acting on your request.  Should we ask for verification, the information you provide to verify your identity and residency will be used only for that purpose, and all copies of this information in our possession will be destroyed when the process is complete. We may also disclose Data to a prospective purchaser of our business or any part of it. In the above instances, we will take steps with the aim of ensuring your privacy is protected.
